PC that will last

I need help building a PC that I'll be able to use or at least upgrade for a long time into the future. I mainly use my pc for school and gaming. I do not have access to ethernet so a Wi-Fi enabled motherboard is a need. I'm looking for something that can handle graphically intense games at a stable FPS. I already have an O11 Vision and an Arctic Liquid Freezer III AIO but anything else is fair game. Thanks peeps!

Build Opinions for 1080p Gaming

I’m putting together a build mainly for 1080p gaming at high settings. My budget is around $900–$1000, but I’d love to keep it closer to $900 if possible. Here’s what I’ve been thinking so far:CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600GPU: Radeon RX 6750 XT or RTX 4060 Ti (can’t decide)RAM: 32GB DDR5 (2x16GB, 6000MHz)Storage: 1TB NVMe SSDPSU: 650W GoldCase: Something with good airflow (still open here)I’d love opinions on:

Need Advice on GPU Upgrade (~$500 Budget)

I’m looking to upgrade my GPU and could use some advice. My current build:CPU: Ryzen 7 5800XGPU: RTX 3060 TiRAM: 32GB DDR4 3600MHzPSU: EVGA 750W GoldI game mostly at 1440p, sometimes 4K, and I’d like better performance in demanding titles (Starfield, Cyberpunk 2077). I’m debating between the RTX 4070 Super, and RX 7800 XT. I am open to something else I might not be considering. I am looking for the best option for performance and longevity.

Reworked My Build -- Thoughts on Cooling/PSU?

Hi everyone,After getting some feedback on my last list, I redesigned my build. Main use is gaming + some light video editing. Here’s where I landed:CPU: Intel i5-13600KGPU: RTX 4070 TiMotherboard: ASUS Z690-Plus WiFi D4RAM: 32GB DDR4 3600MHzStorage: 2TB NVMe SSD (Samsung 980 Pro)PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 850W GoldCase: Fractal Meshify 2Cooler: DeepCool AK620I’m mainly concerned about whether the PSU is sized correctly and if the air cooler is good enough for the 13600K. Any opinions?

Opinions on My Current Part List

Hi,This is the list I’ve drafted for a new PC. Budget is around $1,000. My goal is smooth 1080p and 1440p gaming on modern titles.CPU: Ryzen 7 5700XGPU: RX 7800 XTMotherboard: MSI B550 Gaming PlusRAM: 16GB DDR4 3600MHzStorage: 1TB NVMe SSD + 2TB HDDPSU: Cooler Master MWE 650 BronzeCase: Lian Li 216Do you think the CPU and GPU are balanced, or would you adjust? Also not sure if the 650W PSU is enough or if I should go higher. Any thoughts on the case airflow would also help!!

Comparing Two Possible Build Options

I’ve narrowed my next build down to two possible part lists, but I can’t decide which is the smarter choice long-term. Both would mainly be for gaming and light streaming.Option A (higher performance, approx. $1,500):i7-13700KF, RTX 4070 Ti, 32GB DDR5, 1TB NVMe, 850W PSUOption B (cheaper, approx. $1,200):Ryzen 5 7600, RX 7800 XT, 16GB DDR5, 1TB NVMe, 750W PSUDo you think the performance jump in Option A is worth the extra cost, or should I save money with Option B and upgrade down the line?
