Help Me Choose Parts for a New PC

Hi , I'm looking for help in building a new PC that I'll use on evenings/weekends. I will use it for content creation (Photoshop or Premiere Pro) without lagging and will also use it for gaming, programming and to run a 3D emulator for PC games on VR goggles. I also want the it to last at least 5 years and be upgradable in the future if possible. I'd like to use Windows 11 and also preferably ATX or Micro ATX.
