Desktop Setup to Play Online Poker

I'm tired of playing poker on my iPad. I want a nice desktop setup to reliably run up to ~5 Android emulators to play poker on apps like Pokerrrr 2 and PokerBros. It should be powerful enough to run other poker related programs like Hold'em Manager and stuff like YouTube on the side. Please recommend me everything I would need for a setup requiring minimal installation, including:

We're definitely going to want to go Ryzen 9 here. and a decent GPU as well. Plus dual monitors, so remember to add two of those to your cart. But you can start out with one for now. I've added a mouse and keyboard as well as a headset and camera in case you need visuals and comms. ignore those if you have them or don't need them. I've also steered away from RGB as this isn't really a traditional gaming set up. But she should still be an eye catcher. ;)

I found this if building isn't on your time table. I tried to stay to the same specs and capabilities. But this time I went for some pizzazz. :)

Comes with Win 11 preinstalled. Plus a mouse and keyboard. And is a bit future proof as well. Oh, and here is two choices for a 4k monitor to pair with it. OLED and a less expensive non OLED. [go with the oled ;)] Just don't forget to add the monitor you want twice to your cart for that crispy dual screen setup.
