I’m trying to put together a PC in the $600–$800 range that can handle:

• 1080p gaming at stable FPS (titles like Apex, Valorant, Fortnite)
• Occasional streaming (Twitch/YouTube)
• Some light graphic design work (Photoshop, Illustrator)

I’d prefer something with an upgrade path (so I can swap in a stronger GPU later). No strong preference between Intel or AMD, just looking for best value in this price range. Could use advice on CPU/GPU pairing, PSU size, and whether I should go SSD-only or SSD+HDD.
