Hi there, seeking help w a build w a firm budget of less than $700. Don't need GPU or storage.

It'll be for web surfing, coding (mostly web) and music production and a little gaming (simple games, nothing too crazy)

I've got two, 4k monitors that it'll need to work on, and I'm upgrading from a laptop with 4800h. Using Linux.
