• RTX 5070 12GB GDDR7

• 32GB (2×16GB) DDR5-6000
• 1–2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD
• Quality 750–850W Gold PSU
• Good-airflow mid-tower case
• Capable air cooler

For software development, 8 cores/16 threads, 32GB DDR5 and fast NVMe storage should comfortably handle multiple IDEs, local servers and Docker containers.

One caveat: at ~$1,550, I wouldn't promise completely uncompromised 4K max-settings gaming and heavy 4K editing. For the best overall balance, I'd prioritize the GPU and keep 32GB RAM initially, with 64GB as an easy future upgrade.
