I've had an older version of these Adidas powerlifting shoes and they're still holding up very well after >5 years.  They're great for squats, deadlifts, shoulder press, etc., but are not built for you to run around in.

The Vivobarefoots I've also been wearing for years and am very happy with.  They're built to mimic walking barefoot, which will make your feet stronger and give you more feedback from the ground.  These might work well enough for you to do both your squats and your runs at Crossfit.
