The BUNN VP17 has a stainless steel water reservoir, and the only non-metal parts that touch water on the way to the shower head are a few silicone grommets. A Stainless Funnel can also be purchased to replace the plastic one. The included glass carafe has a plastic top but could be replaced with a borosilicate glass, stovetop safe alternative.
